Where Bonus Crab is your free daily grab, Cash Crab is the paid, play-anytime version. You bet real money on each round and the prize is a cash multiplier of your stake — up to 20× on the Original machine (the blue orb). There is no once-a-day cap: you can keep grabbing as long as you play.
It is a skill-and-luck game: you still steer the claw, so aim and timing matter on every drop.

Balls and multipliers on the Original machine
Your payout is your stake multiplied by the value of the ball you catch. On the Original machine each ball carries a fixed multiplier:

Payout = stake × multiplier. For example, a €1 stake on the blue orb pays €20; at the €100 maximum bet, that same catch pays €2,000.
How to play the Original Cash Crab
Set your stake first: use − / + to adjust it, or the €50, €100 and MAX shortcuts. The range is €1 to €100, with a maximum bet of €100. Then use the directional pad — up, down, left, right — to move the claw over the ball you want, and press GRAB to drop it.
- You have a 25-second timer each round — if it runs out, the claw drops automatically.
- It is part skill, part chance: your position and timing matter, but the claw can lose a ball on the way to the chute — that part is mechanical and out of your control — so a win is never guaranteed.
Tips for picking your ball
- Go for a ball near the top of the pile — it is easier to grab cleanly.
- Pick one close to the prize chute — a shorter trip means less chance of dropping it.
- Avoid balls that are covered or touched by others — they are harder to lift on their own.
