Cash Crab machine

Three Pointer

Three Pointer is the basketball-themed Cash Crab machine. It plays differently in three ways: stakes go in steps of three (€3 to €21), there are only three balls, and a unique scatter-streak system unlocks the ×10 flaming ball over a winning run — it isn't a freely grabbable ball.

The ×10 flaming basketball is the draw here — but it's a streak reward, not a free grab (see the scatter-streak section below). What stood out to us physically: in our experience the basketballs felt on the larger, heavier side to grab, much like the Soccer footballs, so a clean pickup took a bit more care.

The three Three Pointer balls

Three balls, three multipliers — but the ×10 flaming ball works differently (see the scatter streak below):

BallMultiplierMax win (€21 bet)
Single basketball×1.5€31.50
Double basketball×2€42
Flaming basketball×10€210

The flaming basketball isn't a freely grabbable ball — its ×10 is a streak reward, unlocked over a 3-in-a-row winning run (see the scatter streak section below).

Payouts by ball

Win = stake × the ball's multiplier, across the €3–€21 stake range:

Bet (€)Single ×1.5Double ×2Flaming ×10
34.50630
691260
913.501890
121824120
1522.5030150
182736180
2131.5042210

The ×10 flaming column is unlocked via the 3-in-a-row streak, not a ball you can simply pick — see the scatter streak section below.

The scatter streak — how the ×10 flaming ball is unlocked

The ×10 flaming basketball in the payout matrix above is not a ball you can freely grab — it's a streak reward, unlocked only by stringing wins together. Here's how the progress works:

  • Your first win adds one scatter to the streak progress.
  • As long as you keep winning, the progress builds up.
  • Catch three balls in a row and the ×10 flaming basketball is unlocked on that third grab.
  • A loss — or once you've collected the three balls — resets the progress back to zero.

The key point: unlike the other machines, you can't simply pick the ×10 ball — you earn it through a winning run, which makes Three Pointer a risk-and-reward game played across several rounds rather than a single grab.

How to play

Three Pointer uses the same grab mechanics as the Original Cash Crab machine — directional controls, the grab button and a 25-second timer. See the full step-by-step on the Original Cash Crab machine →. Note the stake range here: €3 to €21 in steps of three — different from every other Cash Crab machine.

Theme

Three Pointer is set in a basketball arena — a parquet court, a hoop with a net and crowd stands.

Pros & cons

  • Pro: A unique scatter-streak system that builds tension and depth across several rounds.
  • Pro: Low €3 starting stakes in steps of three.
  • Pro: A clear basketball theme.
  • Con: The lowest bet ceiling of the machines — €21 maximum.
  • Con: The ×10 is only reachable through a winning streak, so it's never guaranteed; a loss resets your progress.
  • Con: Its top multiplier is ×10 — below the Original (up to 20× on the Original machine).

Features

Three Pointer shares all the standard Cash Crab features — Bet Behind, Cashback, Monthly Race and more. See the full feature guide →

Three Pointer FAQ

How do you get the ×10 on Three Pointer?

The ×10 flaming basketball isn't a free grab — you unlock it by landing three winning grabs in a row, and the ×10 lands on that third ball. A single loss resets the streak to zero. The full mechanic is explained in the scatter-streak section above.

Do you win the multiplier on every ball?

Yes — each successful grab pays that ball's own multiplier (×1.5 for the single basketball, ×2 for the double). The ×10 flaming ball is the exception: it's the reward for a three-in-a-row streak, landing on the third grab. Even the ×10 stays below the Original machine's top 20×.

Why are the Three Pointer stakes in steps of three?

It's the one machine with three-step staking — €3, €6, €9 and up to €21 — rather than the freer range the other machines use. There's no deeper reason than the basketball theme (three-pointers); it just means you pick from fixed €3 increments at the cashier.
