What is the prize wheel?
The prize wheel (you'll often see it branded in-game as a "Wheel of Fortune") is a bonus wheel you earn the right to spin simply by playing. Every spin lands on a prize, so it's a "you can't lose" extra: spin the wheel and you walk away with real cash, bonus money, free spins or even a Bonus Crab grab. It's one of the most satisfying gamification features a casino can offer — a regular, guaranteed reward on top of your normal play.
The pitch the casinos make says it all: *try your luck in a game where you can't lose — win with every spin.* You don't buy spins of the wheel; you earn them through play, then cash them in for a prize.
How you earn wheel spins
You collect spins of the prize wheel by playing eligible casino games:
- €100 wagered = 1 wheel spin. For every €100 you bet on qualifying games,
you bank one spin of the wheel.
- Up to 3 spins a day. There's a daily cap on how many spins you can earn.
- Hold up to 10 at once. You can stack up to 10 unused spins — once your
balance is full, no more are added until you use some, so spin them before they cap out.
That's the whole earn loop: play → bank a wheel spin every €100 → spin for a guaranteed prize.
What you can win
Each spin lands on one of several prize types:
- Cash — real money.
- Bonus money — bonus credit to play with.
- Free spins — packages on specific slots.
- Bonus Crab grab — a free try on the Bonus Crab claw feature.
Prizes range from small, frequent wins up to big ones — the wheel in the examples included rewards as large as a cash jackpot and sizeable free-spin and bonus packages, with smaller cash/bonus/free-spin prizes appearing more often.
Prizes & wagering — the important bit
This is where players should read carefully, because the prize types have very different terms:
- Cash prizes — the best kind: **real money, withdrawable instantly, with no
wagering requirements.** What you win is yours.
- Free spins — usable only on certain slots (shown in the casino's table),
carry a wagering requirement (e.g. 40×) before withdrawal, and must be used within 7 days of being awarded.
- Bonus money — usable only on certain games, carries a **wagering
requirement (e.g. 30×), a maximum cash-out (e.g. 5× the original bonus), and also expires within 7 days** if unused.
- Bonus Crab grabs — free tries on the Bonus Crab feature; which games/brands
offer them varies (some brands offer Bonus Crab specifically).
So a cash win is clean and instant, while bonus and free-spin wins come with the usual terms — always check the casino's prize table and conditions before you rely on a win.
Tips for the prize wheel
- Don't let spins cap out — you can only hold so many (e.g. 10); use them so
you keep earning new ones.
- Know your prize terms — cash is instant and wager-free; bonus/free-spin
wins have wagering and a 7-day clock, so use them promptly.
- Earn through normal play — spins come from wagering you'd do anyway; don't
chase the €100-per-spin milestone by overspending.
- Play responsibly — "win with every spin" is fun by design; treat wheel
prizes as a bonus, set a budget first.
Why play at prize wheel casinos
- A guaranteed reward — every wheel spin lands on a prize; you never spin for
nothing.
- Earned by playing — no purchase; your normal wagering banks the spins.
- Instant cash on the table — cash wedges pay real, wager-free money.
- Ties into Bonus Crab — some wheel prizes are free Bonus Crab grabs, linking
the wheel to the casino's signature feature.
Good to know (terms apply)
How spins are earned, the daily cap, the prize mix and the wagering terms vary by casino and can change over time, and the wheel may be branded differently at each casino. All prizes are subject to the casino's terms and conditions — always check the specific prize table and wagering rules before you play. 18+. Play responsibly.
