What is the Community Chat?
Robocat's Community Chat is a built-in social feed where all players can talk to each other in real time, share wins and get help — right inside the casino. It's a genuinely rare feature: most casinos of this type have nothing like it, so it's one of the things that makes Robocat feel more like a community than a plain games site.
You don't open a private support window to use it — the chat is open to everyone, always there, with players online together at the same time (our screenshot showed dozens of players active at once).
What you can do in the chat
- Talk to other players — a live group chat where the community hangs out,
reacts and shares.
- See and share big wins — winning moments are posted into the feed (game,
amount and multiplier), often with a "Play now" button so you can jump straight onto the same slot.
- Reach a VIP host directly — you can message a VIP host right in the
chat (players ask things like "can I get a VIP deposit bonus?" and the host responds), so you get help and personal service without opening a separate support ticket.
- Read announcements — pinned messages flag new features, polls, quizzes and
promos at the top of the chat.
Make it yours
The chat is social by design: you can set your own avatar and username, see which players are online, watch wins roll in live, and join the conversation. It turns solo play into a shared experience.
Why it matters (for the review)
A real, open community chat — with live big-win sharing and direct VIP-host access — is something we simply haven't seen on other Bonus Crab casinos. It adds a social layer most competitors lack, makes support feel instant and personal, and (together with RoboSlot and the Wonderpot) makes Robocat a genuine standout.
Good to know
As with any public chat, normal chat etiquette and the casino's community rules apply, and what's shown (online players, wins, host availability) can vary by time of day. Always play responsibly and never share private account details in a public chat. 18+. Play responsibly.
